Gluten-free spaghetti FRUTTI DI MARE

ingredients

1/2 packet gluten free spaghetti 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp chilli flakes 300 g seafood mix ground black pepper 1 dl dry white wine 250 ml ready-made Italian sauce Arabiata fresh basil

First, pre-cook half a packet of gluten-free spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet, without removing it from the water

In a deep frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the chilli flakes with the sliced garlic.

Add the seafood mixture and stir.

Cover with dry white wine and reduce.

5.

Add a few tablespoons of water from the cooked spaghetti and pour over the finished Arabiata sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add the pre-cooked spaghetti and stir.

7.

Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
