1 cup grated pumpkin 1 cup grated zucchini 1,5 tsp salt 1 cup grated hard cheese 2 cups gluten-free flour Universal mix by Liana 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp ground red pepper (smoked) 1 tsp baking powder 100 g butter 2 milk

Gluten-free crackers suitable for celiacs.

Place flour, baking powder, salt, chopped softened butter in a bowl and work into a crumbly mass.

Add the grated zucchini, pumpkin, cheese, oregano and paprika and mix together.

Then add milk and work into a dough with your hands.

With wet hands, shape the crackers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.
Sprinkle the baking sheet with seeds and bake for 15 minutes at 230 degrees.
