Gluten-free pasta with fresh baby spinach

3 slices butter 2 cloves garlic 2 dl cooking cream salt ground black pepper grated lemon zest 1/2 packet pre-cooked gluten-free pasta (penne) 250 g fresh baby spinach 1 pk mozzarella 50 g g grated parmesan cheese 200 g pre-roasted salmon (to taste)

Melt butter in a deep pan and sauté finely chopped garlic (just until fragrant).

Pour in the cooking cream, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the grated lemon zest.

Toss everything together.

Add the pre-cooked gluten-free pasta (according to the instructions on the package).

At the same time, add the fresh baby spinach. Toss everything together.

Toss in the torn mozzarella chunks, and season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and simmer together for a few more minutes until the spinach is “wilted”.
8.
Serve. Garnish the top of the pasta with the pre-browned salmon torn into small pieces.
