Gluten-free pasta with egg and bacon

200 g gluten-free penne pasta 50 g Orava bacon 2 slices butter grated parmesan 1 pk egg

1.
First, cook the gluten-free pasta according to the instructions

Place the diced bacon in the pan and heat through.
3.
Add the cooked pasta and stir everything together, adding butter as needed.
4.
Sprinkle the mixture with grated Parmesan cheese and stir.
5.
Add the egg, and stir just briefly to keep it soft.
6.
Transfer immediately to a plate and serve.
7.
Finish with the remaining Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil.
