Gluten-free pasta from one pan
ingredients
200 g corn pasta 2 handfuls dried mushrooms 1/2 pcs spaghetti zucchini 2 pcs carrots 6 pcs cherry tomatoes 3 cloves garlic 1 pcs onion 1/2 pcs broccoli 2 tbsp passé tomatoes 100 g cheese 1 tbsp oil
procedure
1. Soak the mushrooms in water for a couple of hours. Halve the tomatoes, tear the broccoli into florets, slice the garlic, onion, zucchini and carrots. 2. Put 1 tbsp of oil in the bottom of the pan and then put all the Vegetable Recipes in piles next to each other. 3. Put the dry pasta in the middle, cover with 1 dl of water and add 1 tbsp of the passir tomatoes. 4. Cover everything (do not stir) and simmer for 5 minutes. Then take the cover off and stir everything. Simmer for another 10 minutes until the pasta is completely softened. Season with salt to taste. 5. Finally, add the grated cheese, cover again with the lid for about 5 minutes and serve. 6. Enjoy!
