Gluten-free béchamel sauce

ingredients

3 slices butter 3 tbsp gluten-free flour 1 dl water

Great base for soup or pasta.

Melt butter in a pan.

Sprinkle in the gluten free flour and whisk to make a smooth sauce.

Stir in a little water as needed, stirring constantly.
