Glued gingerbread

450 g plain flour 150 g powdered sugar 3 tbsp um 3 pcs egg 1/2 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp baking soda 75 g butter 2 tsp gingerbread spices Cinnamon spread for filling plum jam for filling

Exquisite filled glued gingerbread cookies, with an unmistakable aroma.

In a bowl with a whisk, mix all the dry ingredients.

Add all other ingredients and “whisk” in a food processor to form a dough.

On a floured board, roll out the dough thinly and cut out different shapes. Place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 7 to 10 minutes.

After baking, fill with plum jam or cinnamon spread. Store in a tin container.
