400 g plain flour special 400 g semi-coarse flour 600 g powdered sugar 20 g ground ginger 1 tsp salajka 4 tbsp homemade butter melted 6 pcs eggs

They must not be missed at Christmas.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except flour,Sift the flour and pour the mixture into the flour.

I work out the dough.The dough is a little slower to knead,but with a little patience it will be fine and I can still knead it on the board until smooth.

I then roll the dough out on the board in parts

I cut the cakes to 1/2 cm and shape them with a cookie cutter.I place the cakes on a lightly floured board and let the cakes dry at room temperature for at least 12 hours.Then I put the cookies on a well greased baking sheet and bake them at 150-160 °C for about 20-25 min.They should be placed a little farther apart because they will rise a little.Right after baking I take the cookies off the baking sheet so they don’t stick.

After baking the cookies are hard,but after a while they soften.
