Gingerbread muffins

ingredients

400 g semi-coarse flour 250 g granulated sugar 2,5 dl milk 1 dl oil 1 pk egg 1 tbsp cocoa 1 packet Dr.Oetker gingerbread powder 2 tbsp plum jam for the dough plum jam for the filling

Prepare all ingredients,

Mix everything together,

Place the muffin tins, a large spoonful of batter, the jam, and the batter again in the muffin tin.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes, watch. Decorate with e.g. chocolate. Enjoy! 🙂
