Pot = 250 ml
1 dl water 2 pcs whole eggs 2 pcs egg yolks (leave the whites for decorating) 1 KL cinnamon 1 KL gingerbread spice 2 tbsp grano or cocoa 1 KL baking soda 2 tbsp honey 1 dl oil 1 cup sugar 3 cups plain flour
Decoration
2 pcs egg whites 1/2 KL citric acid al. Lemon juice 1 KL salt and pepper 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)

Stir everything together and let it come to a boil over steam. Let cool for 10 minutes and progressively add 3 cups of plain flour. Process and let the dough rest for 30 minutes under a tea towel.

Roll out to 0.5 cm and cut out gingerbread men. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 5 – 7 minutes at 180°C. Brush with whole egg when removed from the oven. If you want red gingerbread, add a little food colouring to the egg.

Snow for decorating: Beat two egg whites, add half a teaspoon of citric acid or lemon juice to make the snow white. Spoon in a teaspoon of Solamilk to keep the snow from melting and progressively add 2 cups of lump-free powdered sugar

Color the snow with food coloring.
