Gingerbread bags with poppy seeds

1 kg potatoes 350 g coarse flour a little salt 1 pk egg 1/4 kg plum jam 80 g poppy 80 g powdered sugar 40 g butter

1. Peel and mash the potatoes cooked in the skin. Add the egg, salt and make a dough. 2. On a floured paddle, roll it out and prick out rings into which you put a piece of jam. Fold the rings over, squeeze all around to prevent the jam from boiling and put them in boiling water. 3. Remove the cooked jam, spread and sprinkle with ground poppy seeds and sugar.
