Gingerbread Advent wreath

1 kg plain flour T-650 300 tbsp powdered sugar 300 g honey 125 g palmarin 7 pcs eggs 2 tbsp gingerbread spice 1 tbsp cocoa 10 g baking soda

This year a little different.
1.
Mix the softened fat, honey and eggs,add the sugar and mix. Add the other ingredients and work into a dough. Let rest for at least 24 hours.
2.
Cut out 4 larger and 4 smaller hearts from the drawing.
3.
Roll out the dough to about 4-5 mm and progressively cut out the hearts and bake on a greased baking sheet. Cut out small hearts from the rest of the dough.
4.
After cooling, decorate the wreath with egg white-sugar icing.
