2 tbsp carob powder / cocoa 3 tbsp jam or jam 2 pcs fresh egg 50 g granulated sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda 200 ml vegetable oil 400 g vegetable oil semi-coarse flour 500 ml milk 1 packet gingerbread powder nuts, raisins

1.
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add jam.

Stir gingerbread powder, soda,cinnamon,cocoa into flour
3.
Add milk, oil to egg mixture and add powdered mixture gradually.
4.
Add nuts and raisins to the mixture to taste.
5.
Pour the hot batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake for about 30 min at 180°C. Finished can be covered with chocolate or spread with jam.
