500 g plain flour 2 tbsp honey 4 pcs egg 300 g powdered sugar 1 KL Gingerbread powder Dr.Oetker 1 pk egg for rubbing pk dried fruits and nuts for decoration

From the above ingredients, prepare a smooth dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate until the next day.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 4-5 mm and cut out different shapes of gingerbread.

Transfer the honey cakes to a baking tray, brush with beaten egg and place a nut or piece of dried fruit in the centre.
5.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees.
