Refreshes and tastes fantastic!
1.
To make ginger beer we need 50-100 ml of ginger juice. For those who are inexperienced with ginger, I recommend 50ml to start with, because of the specific taste of ginger. Next, we need 1-2 lemons (who likes it more sour, put two), sugar and yeast.
2.
Clean the ginger, finely grate it and squeeze out the juice. It’s very easy to clean the ginger with the edge of a teaspoon, it’s easy and there’s much less waste than scraping with a scraper. Prepare the lemon juice right away as well.
3.
Place the sugar in a plastic bottle, pour in the ginger and lemon juice, add the yeast and cover with lukewarm to warm water. Be careful, the water cannot be very cold, but neither can it be hot. Do not pour the water completely! Close the bottle and let it stand at room temperature for 24-48 hours. When the bottle is fully pressurised, i.e. hard, put it in the fridge and consume it within three days. Be very careful when opening it and open it very slowly or the contents will spill out.
