1. Wash the mussels, clean them and cut the calamari into slices. 2. Put the mussels in a pot of water for a few minutes to open them up. 3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan, fry the langoustines and calamari, turn down the heat and cover. Separate the open clams and add to the pan. Finally, add the broth from the mussels. 4.
