1 can of fish in tomato puree 1 pk carrot 1/4 pk celery 1 pk sterilized cucumber a little mayonnaise 1 pk onion to taste salt to taste full-fat mustard a little ketchup

Dump the contents of the tin into a bowl and mash with a fork. Finely grate the carrot, celery and sterilised cucumber and add to the fish with the mayonnaise and finely chopped onion.

Stir well and add salt, mustard or ketchup to taste. Spread on sandwich slices or warm toast.
