Sheep meat cut into cubes, marinated overnight, skewered on grill needles together with onions, grilled on an outdoor grill.

1. Cut the blanched, aged ham into cubes, season with salt and pepper, rub with crushed garlic, drizzle with oil and refrigerate until the next day
2. The next day, skewer the prepared meat on skewers with onion rings, grill on the grill

Serve variously prepared potatoes, cold, flavourful sauces and preferably grilled Vegetable Recipes as a side dish.
