Georgian Chicken

Chicken baked on an onion base with bacon, peppers and chillies until tender.

Ingredients:

1 piece of chicken 2 pcs chillies 2 pcs

td>garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 3 pcs green peppers 1 tbsp oil 100 g butter 80 g bacon curry spices water salt

Procedure:

1. Clean, rinse, dry, cut up the chicken, rub with curry spices and salt
2. Transfer the onion base to a baking dish, place the carved chicken on it, add the butter flakes and bake in a preheated oven, basting occasionally with water at 180 °C for about 30 minutes
4. Then add the cleaned peppers and chillies, cut into smaller pieces, and bake until tender.

Recommendation:

Serve with boiled potatoes.
