1. Put the cleaned diced potatoes with the cleaned and chopped Vegetable Recipes in a saucepan, cover with water, add the mushrooms, salt, cumin and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are tender. 2. In the meantime, prepare the roux. Cut the bacon into small cubes, roast slowly over a low heat and add the plain flour, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, dust with ground red pepper, stir, pour in cold water and mix well. 3. Pour the roux into the soup, add to the softened Vegetable Recipes and leave to boil.
