Gazpacho III.

Another variant of the famous Spanish Gazpacho, a cold vegetable soup.

Ingredients:

8 pcs of tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs red meaty peppers 1 pc salad cucumbers 1 pk onions 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar water pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the tomatoes and cucumbers, cut them into cubes together with the onions and peppers, then mince or blend them
2. Add 2 cups of water, season the mixture with crushed garlic, oil, vinegar, puree and basil
