Garlic with potatoes, carrots and parsley

Soup with a distinctive taste of garlic, great as a health soup for colds and flu, but also suitable as a prevention for gloomy weather. Carrots and parsley have been added for extra vitamins.

Procedure:
1. Saute finely chopped onion in oil, once it starts to turn golden, add two crushed garlic cloves, stir
2. Pour in the broth or water and add the bouillon cubes, add the cleaned and diced potatoes, the cleaned carrots and parsley cut into cubes or rounds, season with salt, pepper and cumin, cook until the potatoes are soft
3. Season the finished soup with marjoram, crushed garlic, add salt to taste and boil for a while
4. Serve the soup on bowls with grated hard cheese and bread croutons.
Preparation of bread croutons:
Strip the bread of its crust, cut the crumb into small, regular cubes, fry them in a frying pan, in well heated oil, until golden brown, or you can dry fry them, or even in the oven!
