Garlic with potatoes

Soup of potatoes, garlic, lard, cumin, water and marjoram, served with cubes of toasted bread.

Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them in a pot of slightly salted water
2. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in hot oil until golden brown
4. Place a few cubes of fried bread in each plate, pour the hot soup over them and serve immediately.
