Garlic Spaghetti with Caramelized Onions and Mushrooms

Italian pasta in garlic oil served with caramelized spring onions, mushrooms, basil and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients:

250 g cooked spaghetti (al dente) 2 tsp white creamy balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons dark sugar 2 teaspoons oil 1.5 teaspoon of balsamic 3 pcs dried tomatoes 2 pcs spring onions (white part) 1 pc large garlic clove 1 pc large mushroom butter under the onion salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the onions cut in half lengthwise – cut side down – in a tablespoon of butter until golden
2. Then add a teaspoon of balsamic, sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and fry the other side slightly golden
3. Remove from the pan, add the rest of the butter
4. Prepare the quartered mushrooms in the same way, fry until red
5. In another pan, heat the oil and fry the garlic, finely sliced, until lightly golden
6. Then mix it and the oil with the spaghetti
7. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in hot water for five minutes and add to the spaghetti along with the basil
8. Salt as needed and serve.
