Garlic soup
ingredients
1 liter water 1 cube meat broth 4 bread 2 tbsp lard 6 pcs garlic cloves 1 pinch ground cumin to taste salt a little chopped parsley

1.
Place the bouillon cube in the water and bring to the boil. Fry the cubed bread in lard until golden.

Divide the crushed garlic into plates, pour the hot broth, season with cumin, salt and top with the fried bread and finely chopped parsley.
