8 garlic cloves 3 tbsp lard 2 tbsp plain flour a little water 1 pk broth 4 pk egg to taste salt ground black pepper

1.
Fry the cleaned and fried garlic in lard.

Fry, salt, pepper and dust with flour
3.
Pour the broth over the garlic – cover with a little water, add the broth and bring to the boil.
4.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
5.
Whisk the egg whites and boil them into the soup.
6.
Before serving, place a fresh raw egg yolk in the soup and stir the soup.
