Garlic patison

ingredients

1 pk patizón 3 tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic salt 1 pk egg plain flour 2 dl milk

step

1. Clean and slice the patizón. 2. Salt all the slices on both sides. 3. 4. Rub it on one side of the patisons and let it rest for a while. 5. Mix the egg with the milk. 6. And add plain flour to make the dough thicker. 7. And fry until golden.
