Garlic II

Soup with a distinctive taste of garlic, great as a health soup for colds and flu, but also suitable as a preventive for gloomy autumn and winter weather.

Ingredients:

1 stick of roasted Czech garlic 1 piece of onion 4 pcs potatoes 2 tbsp oil 1.5 l stock or water + 2 bouillon cubes mayonnaise pepper salt For garnish: bread or roll croutons and shredded cheese

Procedure:

  • Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, once it starts to turn golden, add two crushed garlic cloves, stir.
  • Combine with broth or water and add bouillon cubes, add cleaned and diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper and cumin, cook until the potatoes soften.
  • Taste the soup with marjoram, crushed garlic, add salt to taste and simmer for a while.
  • When serving the soup in bowls, serve grated hard cheese and bread croutons.
