Soup with a distinctive taste of garlic, great as a health soup for colds and flu, but also suitable as a preventive for gloomy autumn and winter weather.
Ingredients:
1 stick
of roasted Czech garlic
1 piece
of onion
4 pcs
potatoes
2 tbsp
oil
1.5 l
stock or water + 2 bouillon cubes
mayonnaise
pepper
salt
For garnish:
bread or roll croutons and shredded cheese
Procedure:
Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, once it starts to turn golden, add two crushed garlic cloves, stir.
Combine with broth or water and add bouillon cubes, add cleaned and diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper and cumin, cook until the potatoes soften.
Taste the soup with marjoram, crushed garlic, add salt to taste and simmer for a while.
When serving the soup in bowls, serve grated hard cheese and bread croutons.
