Garlic cream soup with bacon

6 pcs potatoes 6 cloves garlic 1 liter hot vegetable broth 100 g bacon to taste salt 6 pcs slices of old bread

1. Clean the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them in a saucepan with the sauteed garlic, add a little salt and pour in the broth. My little helper salts and tastes and tastes:-) 2. Cook the domakka. Then blend into a smooth cream soup. In the meantime, prepare croutons from old bread, which we cut into cubes and cook in the oven at 200˚C until golden:-) put the croutons in a bowl. 3. Pour the finished soup into plates, sprinkle with croutons and bacon grease:-)
