Gardeners soup

Soup of beef shank, smoked bacon, green beans, other Vegetable Recipes and spices, enriched with a pasta insert, cooked over an open fire in a kettle.

Ingredients:

400 g of beef kielbasa 120 g of potatoes 100 g of green beans 60 g of green beans 60 g of fritters 60 g bacon 50 g smoked bacon 30 g of Vegetable Recipes for soup 20 g of butter 2 pcs of green peppers 1 pcs of larger tomatoes 1 pcs onions peak of majorana parsley sprig celery sprig ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Melt the bacon cut into cubes in a pot under a well heated kettle, add the meat cut into cubes, pour a little water, salt and pepper and let it bubble for about 1 hour
2. Finely chop the cleaned Vegetable Recipes together with the parsley and celery seed, tied with a piece of thread, put them into the soup, fill the soup with water to a volume of 1.4 litres and cook until the meat and Vegetable Recipes are soft
