Garden blueberry jam

1 kg garden blueberries 1 packet Gelfix Super 3:1 350 g crystal sugar

Garden blueberry liqueur is especially good in winter. In buns, sour cakes with sprinkles or even on bread or pastries with butter.
1.
Pick the blueberries, wash them, put them in a pot and blend them with an immersion blender.

Take 2 tbsp of the 350g sugar, mix with the Gelfix and add to the blended blueberries. Stir, bring to the boil and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute more.

Add the remaining sugar, cook for at least 5 minutes more and remove from the stove.

Immediately pour the hot jam into clean bottles, cap them, turn them upside down for 5 minutes, turn them back up with the lids on and wrap them in a blanket, preferably overnight until the jam has cooled down.

From 1 kg of blueberries I made 5 bottles of 2 dl. Enjoy!
