Composition

1 portion Ganache 100 g cream 80 g dark chocolate

Recipe preparation

1 Cut the chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.

TIP: How to make a perfectly shiny and crispy top

3 Slowly stir (with a spoon) in one direction until a smooth ganache is formed. 4 Cover with cling film and leave to stand in the fridge or at room temperature (depending on how you use it).
