Galgan Soup

A recipe from Vietnam. Chicken broth cooked with sliced galbanum and other ingredients with shiitake mushroom insert.

Procedure:
1. First, make a broth with chicken carcass, coarsely pounded, mashed fragrance base, sliced galganum, coarsely chopped onion and other ingredients mentioned above
2. Strain the thoroughly boiled stock (boil for 30-40 minutes) through a cloth
3. Heat it in a saucepan, add the finely chopped meat picked from the chicken carcass, fish sauce and lemon juice, simmer for 5 minutes
4. Finally, add the shiitake mushrooms, simmer for another 3 minutes, remove from heat and pour in the thick coconut milk
5. Season the soup with salt and pepper if necessary and serve immediately.
