Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the granulated sugar with the jam and add the nuts.

Add the flour and baking powder and mix. Progressively add water, stirring constantly.
3.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet (30×20) lined with parchment paper. Place raspberries on top and bake for 35-40 min.
4.
Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
