Fruity summer cake
ingredients
3 pcs sponge casing 2 pcs sour cream 1 packet full-fat soft cottage cheese salt, egg yolk for spreading, flour and fat for the mould, powdered sugar 1 cup whipped cream powdered sugar for sweetening raspberries, blueberries, currants (forest fruits) 1 packet Golden cob (40 g)

Put 1st layer of cream on the cooled casing. Mix sour cream with cottage cheese, jam and sugar.
