Fruit Soup

Cold soup made from fruit and other ingredients, thickened with custard powder.

Procedure:
1. Wash the cleaned fruit thoroughly under cold running water, drain, place in a large saucepan and add 400 ml of milk
2. Then stir in the icing sugar and vanilla sugar, slowly bring to the boil and cook the fruit over a low heat (remember to stir constantly so that the contents do not burn), then whisk with a whisk
3. Stir the pudding powder into the rest of the milk, pour into the fruit base and let it boil for about 2 minutes, then remove from the heat, stir in the liqueur and finally add the finely chopped mint to the soup
4. Divide the finished soup into bowls, leave to cool, sprinkle with dry roasted almond flakes before serving and garnish each portion with a currant sprig and a raspberry leaf.
