Fruit salad with hazelnuts

1 pineapple fresh 1 red apple 2 kiwi 125 g blueberries fresh 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp orange juice 1/2 vanilla pod – pulp 30 g hazelnuts

Inspiration for a fruit salad with fresh pineapple and hazelnuts.

Clean the pineapple. If the centre leaves can be loosened, it is ripe. Cut off the bottom and top. Using a sharp knife, cut diagonally around the circumference to remove the sharp spines. Then, standing upright, cut the pineapple into 4 pieces and cut off the inner hard side. Cut the quarters into pieces as you wish.

Clean and dice the remaining fruit, finally add the blueberries.

From the lemon and orange juice, melted honey and vanilla, prepare a vinaigrette, which is poured over the fruit and lightly stir.

Add the shelled hazelnuts to the salad and refrigerate the salad to allow the flavours to meld. Enjoy!
