Fruit Pudding

Recipe from Denmark.

Ingredients:

600 g fruit (strawberries, raspberries, apples, cherries, currants, etc.) 25 g of potato flour smetana sugar

Procedure:

1. Pour a small amount of water over the fruit mixture so that it is just submerged 2. Simmer until tender
3. Smash the fruit, add the potato flour dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water and boil briefly
4. Sweeten to taste, pour into glasses and leave to cool
5. Before serving, pour the pudding with the cooled cream
