Fruit noodle pudding
ingredients
300 g noodles 3 pcs egg 200 g granulated sugar 100 g butter 500 g cottage cheese 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 tbsp lemon zest 30 g raisins 1/2 packet puff pastry dough 100 ml sour delicatessen cream a little salt 700 ml fruit compote
step
1. Boil the fritters in lightly salted water, drain and leave to cool. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the lemon zest, raisins, cream and the cooled noodles. Finally, stir in the stiff egg white whites. 2. Heat the oven to 200°C. Brush a baking dish with butter, fill it with the rolled out puff pastry, place half of the filling, 3/4 of the fruit, the remaining filling and top with the remaining fruit. 3. Bake the filling in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
