Fruit-filled schuhaids

200 g dark chocolate 85% 1 pcs banana 150 g small fruits (raspberries, blueberries, currants…) nut butter (almond, cashew…) grated coconut for sprinkling cashew nuts for decoration

Recipe for shuhajdy in a healthier version, without added sugar.

In a small saucepan, break half the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.

Fold out the paper cupcakes. Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate on the bottom and sides of each cupcake and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Slice the peeled banana into small pieces. You can also combine any small fruit with the banana, e.g. raspberries, blueberries, currants, etc., works well with frozen fruit.

When the chocolate in the cupcakes has set, spoon half a teaspoon of nut butter into the bottom of each, add a slice of banana and some small fruit. Press lightly with a spoon and top with the other half of the melted chocolate.

Sprinkle the top with shredded coconut, garnish with cashew nuts and leave the chouhaids in the fridge to set again. Enjoy!
