Fruit Cream

Sweet fruit dessert originally from Russian cuisine.

Ingredients:

150 g strawberries (raspberries) 150 g of powdered sugar 10 g of gelatin 1/4 l of whipping cream

Procedure:

1. Pour the rinsed fruit through a sieve and mix it with the icing sugar
2. Pour the cream into a bowl, whisk it, add the fruit and sugar and pour in a thin trickle the lukewarm gelatine dissolved in 3 tablespoons of warm water
3. 4. Tip out before serving.
