Frozen spinach soup

250 g frozen spinach 30 g butter 40 g plain flour 20 g onion 2 dl milk to taste water, salt, garlic, pepper

step

Put the spinach on the melted butter. Add garlic, onion, salt, pepper and saute. Add the milk and butter and simmer.
