Frozen mushroom stir fry

Czech classic, mushroom fry, but this time from frozen mushrooms. And of course with onions, eggs, lard and crushed cumin. Served on bread or toast.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Let the mushrooms thaw
2. Brown the diced onion in the lard, add the mushrooms and let the excess liquid evaporate
3. Add salt, pepper and vinegar
4. Add eggs and let them curdle
5. Add salt to taste
6. Sprinkle chives on the plate.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread.
