“Frog in a hole”

Dogs baked in the oven, covered with batter and baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g pairs 120 g of plain flour 3 dl of milk 2 pcs egg 1 tbsp oil salt fat to grease the dish

Procedure:

1. Add the beaten eggs and some of the milk to the sifted plain flour and salt
2. Whisk well, then add the remaining milk and 1 tablespoon of oil
3. Whisk again and let stand for a while
4. Put the sausages in a greased baking dish and bake at around 200 °C for about 10 minutes
5. Then pour the batter over the sausages and bake for a quarter of an hour in a well heated oven at 220 °C 6. Then turn off the oven and let the dish finish cooking (10-15 minutes).
