Fritatové noodles
Pancake pancakes cut into strips and fried in oil, a tasty addition to soups.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Whisk the milk and eggs with salt in a bowl 2. Gradually add the flour and knead into a smooth batter
3. On a frying pan greased with fat, bake thin pancake pancakes
4. Then cut the baked pancakes into noodles of 5cm x 0,5cm
5. Fry the noodles in the hot fat until red, remove and drain carefully on a napkin
6. Put the fritatta noodles in soups just before serving.
