Fried trout

ingredients

1 kg trout 2,5 dl milk to taste salt 80 g plain flour 2 pcs egg 100 g breadcrumbs 200 g fat

Wash the cleaned trout, pat dry, cut crosswise on the sides and soak in salted milk for 10 min

Then take them out, coat them with flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and fry them in heated fat. Serve with potatoes, garnished with green parsley and lemon wedges.
