Fried Tofu Stuffed with Cheese

Bits of smoked tofu stuffed with cheddar cheese and coated in flour, eggs and crushed cornflakes, fried until golden brown.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the smoked tofu into about 4×4 cm pieces, about 1 cm high
2. Place a slice of cheese between two pieces and press them together
3. Grind or crush the cornflakes
4. Coat the tofu cubes in flour, beaten salted eggs and chips
5. Fry in a higher layer of oil until golden brown.
