Fried thighs with pasta salad

This pasta salad is also suitable without meat, can be served with fried cauliflower or broccoli fritters. A great treat.

Prepare the salad, boil the pasta until semi-soft in salted water to which add a little salt. Rinse, drain and leave to drain.
