Fried Shrimp (Ebi frai)
Shrimps coated in plain flour, egg and breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown, served with mayonnaise dip.

Procedure:
1. Wash the shrimp and remove the skin (starting from the tail)
2. Salt and pepper the shrimp meat
3. Coat the individual shrimps in flour, egg and breadcrumbs
4. Place the coated shrimps in heated oil, fry them until golden brown
5. Remove the finished shrimps and let them drain on a paper towel
6. Place the prawns on the lettuce leaves, garnish with lemon slices and serve with the sauce.

You can also serve the sauce with other sauces, such as soy sauce and garlic, soy sauce and ketchup, or a mixture of ground sesame seeds and salt.
