Fried Rice

Cooked rice fried in wok with Vegetable Recipes and eggs.

Ingredients:

450 g rice 120 g frozen Vegetable Recipes 2-3 pcs eggs 1 small can of sterilized corn 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce piece of leek water oil salt

Procedure:

1. Cook the rice in lightly salted water until almost tender, then rinse and drain thoroughly
2. Heat the oil in a wok and add the sliced leek, fry it slightly, add the rice, soy sauce and stir fry the rice for a while
3. At this stage, stir the Vegetable Recipes into the rice, season with salt and pepper, stir and let it heat up properly

Recommendation:

Serve the fried rice as a side dish, but it is also great served on its own.
